Since 2 years we have been overhauling used DMU 50 eVo machines at the BlackFactory.
We exchange all old parts, such as #lineguides #YRT-bearings, #ballscrews of all #axes, #spindle, #cooler, #hydraulicfittings, #oilpipes, #SiemensServo #motors, #drives over 5 weeks work and 156 spare parts are exchanged during the repair process.
The machine will get a new paint and the final #accuracy will be better than with a new machine.
Why? We believe in this generation of machine tools and want to train our service technicians.
