Sometimes things don't run the way they should…
After a 9-hour fight the spindle finally lost. The reason for this spindle breakdown and the final cost for exchanging this #FranzKessler spindle with a service of more then 13 t€?? Very simple: nobody was interested in the spindle/motor cooling. No cooling fluid was able to circulate around the motor housing.
Final end of the story … spindle down…. sorry but when will our customers start to change their behaviour? Do you like what you do? Is there any passion or a minimum of interest?
