We are pleased to announce the expansion of our laser welding capacities! The state-of-the-art AL-Flak 450 F laser from Alpha is now in use in our machine park. With this new technology, we are setting new standards in surface wear protection and additive surface repair.
Why the AL-Flak 450 F?
Laser welding is not an innovation from the year 2024, but we offer something that others cannot: Thanks to the latest technology and our unique grinding technology, we are able to machine diameters of up to 400 mm and produce concentricity and bearing seats with a precision of up to 0.002 mm over 1000 mm – true precision work in the premier class!

– Powder application up to 2 mm & wire application up to 1 mm.
– Automatic wire feed for large area processing.
– Processing of assemblies up to 1600 mm in length – ideal for bulky components.
– Wide range of materials: aluminium, steel, cast iron, 42 chromo and many other materials.
– Extremely hard surfaces: Surface hardness of over 68 HRC for exceptional durability and wear resistance.
