In a fascinating project at our facility, our experts have successfully overhauled a Fischer MFW-2702 08/03 spindle. The challenges were unique: age-related wear, an unstable clamping system, and other minor issues.
The 4-week repair phase focused on an upgrade of the highest quality. The nearly unique spindle, of which only two copies exist, was dismantled by our technician. In the repair process, not only were BIG Plus according to DIN-Kaiser restored, but the clamping system was also redesigned, cooling optimized, and the spindle re-lubricated.
