How does it work:
We take your damage report over the phone. Have the following information ready:
Machine manufacturer, type, serial number, control, year of construction
Spindle manufacturer, speed, interface

If the repair is economically more expensive than the new exchange spindle itself, you'll naturally only pay the price of the exchange spindle. Otherwise, we'll refund you the difference between the exchange spindle and repair costs within 3 days.
