Subsequently, the disassembled parts are carefully sorted into categories such as “reusable” and “non-reusable.” Our detailed disassembly report provides you with comprehensive information about the condition of all spindle components, including bearings, clamping systems, spindle shaft, housing, stator, and electrical components.
After thoroughly analyzing the assessment of your spindle, we take the time to discuss the results with you. The assembly of your spindle is a critical step that demands the utmost precision. During and after assembly, runout, bearing preload, pull force, etc., are checked multiple times. We exclusively use spare parts of the highest quality, meeting or exceeding the same standards as the original parts, to ensure the optimal performance and lifespan of your spindle.
Before completing the repair, your spindle undergoes a comprehensive test run where all essential functions are tested under real conditions. This ensures smooth operation of your spindle in your machine.
Upon successful test run, the final acceptance of your spindle takes place. It is then carefully packaged in specially made packaging for transportation and shipped to you either via a transport service provider or our own delivery service.
