internal cooling test

Everything was dry we started yesterday the #spindletest with a internal #cooling test.

Cooling #fluid is fluted with 20 to 40 bar into the #rotaryjoint and the draw bar. A second draw bar in the #tool interface will be connected to the cooling tank. We measure during the run the #temperature, fluid speed and fluid volumina.

It's a simple test but it's necessary to #save #quality and to test the spindle in life condition before it will be returned to his owner.

WHY? Because we want to have near the same conditions, temperature and test situation compare to our end user situation.
